Rugby: - dolce and gabbana fall winter

It was another day of fun in the sun for Jersey Rugby Club on Saturday as they ran in 11 tries to 1 to beat opponents Diss by 67 points to 5.

It was a long trek from Norfolk for the newly promoted visitors but the match must have felt even longer.

Jersey dominated throughout, and skipper Talite Vaioleti - 'V' - was first on the score sheet, andthree more first half tries from Steve O'Brien, Ed Dawson and Nick Trower ensured that the bonus point was already in the bag by half time.

The second half quickly became a rout as another O'Brien try was followed by outstanding work from Sam Tuia to open a gap for Donovan Saunders to score. Mike Le Bourgois, Ross Kenwright, Tuia himself and Ashley Maggs all scored to stretch the lead to 60-0 before Diss finally got themselves on the scorecard.

But Jersey weren't finished and it was left to prop John Brennan to dive over to complete the try scoring. Le Bourgois added the conversion to give Jersey the 67-5 win.
